MY Story
My journey brings together three fields that have shaped the way I think, work, and lead: engineering, business, and sports.
As a Civil Engineer with a master’s degree in business administration and currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration, I have developed a perspective that combines technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a vision for sustainable business growth.
But my connection to sports goes beyond business. Having a background as a professional volleyball player, I understand the importance of quality playing surfaces, well-designed sports facilities, and the role that sports environments play in developing athletes and bringing communities together.
The combination of my engineering background, business education, and experience in professional sports inspired me to establish Mad Flooring Company, with a clear ambition to deliver high-quality sports flooring and complete sports facilities.
For me, this business is about more than supplying materials or building courts. It is about creating spaces where young people can discover their potential, develop their skills, and build a passion for sports.

My background in business administration has shaped how I approach entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and organizational development. I am interested not only in building a successful business, but also in understanding how organizations create value, improve performance, and grow sustainably. Through my MBA and ongoing PhD studies in Business Administration, I continue to develop the strategic perspective that guides my vision for Mad Flooring Company.
As a former professional volleyball player, I understand sports from the athlete’s perspective. I appreciate the importance of suitable playing surfaces, functional facilities, and environments that encourage participation, development, and performance.
